I think it's time to pick up some other book to read guys read at least 50 pages, try and do it daily and turn it into a habit make sure that the book is uplifting and not depressing there's a lot of negative energy all around us at this point of the time anyway don't add anymore number to organize your phone or your laptop sometimes we think that our gadgets become like a black hole which can keep taking more photos more videos5 ways that you can save there and then one day the illusions are broken when we suddenly get a message saying that the memories for take some time out to organize your photos videos and files delete them or transfer them make more space declutter and guess what forming this tiny habit of organizing your phone will need to something much larger than your phone you'll probably start organizing your home your work your mind your thoughts your life because at the end of the day it's all about your mindset so, open photos folder and start. number three open your closet cupboard and find things clothes etc that you do not need but are still in good shape and take them out. sometimes we even pile up our buttons it is a good habit, we value things but then the things get piled up and maybe this they wouldn't use it today sort things out keep them to the side and give them away to someone who needs them after the lockdown ends experience the joy of sharing.

आप से बढ़कर कुछ नहीं एक बार कि बात है- एक आदमी कही से गुज़र रहा था,तभी उसने सड़क के किनारे बंधे हाथियों को देखा के उनके अगले पैर में एक रस्सी बंधी हुई हैं। उसे इस बात का बड़ा आश्चर्य हुआ के हाथी जैसे ताक़तवर जीव लोहे की जंजीरों की जगह बस एक छोटी सी रस्सी से बंधे हुए हैं। उसने पास खड़े एक किसान से पूछा, के भला ये हाथी किस तरह इतनी शांति से खड़े हैं और भागने की कोसिस क्यो नहीं कर रहे? किसान बोला- इन हाथियों को छोटे पन से ही ये रस्सियों से बांधा जाता है, उस समय इनके पास इतनी शक्ति नहीं होती हैं के इस बंधन को वो तोड़ सके। बार-बार प्रयास करने पर भी रस्सी न तोड़ पाने की वजह से उन्हें धीरे-धीरे ये यक़ीन हो जाता हैं के वो इन रस्सियों को नहीं तोड़ सकते, और बड़े होने पर भी इनका ये यकीन बना रहता है! इसलिए वो कभी इन्हें तोड़ने का प्रयास ही नहीं करते। वह आदमी आश्चर्य में पड़ गया, के ये जानवर इसलिए रस्सी नहीं तोड़ सकते क्योंकि वो इस बात पर यकीन करते हैं, के वो ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। इन हाथियों की तरह ही हम में से कई लोग पहली बार मिली असफलता के कारण ये मान बैठते हैं के अब हमसे ये काम नहीं हो सकता। और अपनी ह...
